If everything looks good and you’d like to reserve the house, just let us know and we’ll invoice you $100 for the security deposit via PayPal. We request payment in full at the time of check in. We accept cash, checks, money orders, or payment sent via the CASH app. We can accept credit cards if presented in person, but we will have to add the 2.75% credit card fee to your total rate.

The pool at our main home (just a short walk from the guest house) is an in-ground, unheated, seasonal swimming pool. With our Northern California weather, this means it’s only open from late May through late September. Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. To use the pool, all guests will need to sign our Pool Waiver Of Liability form.
The house is a short 12 minute drive from Bethel Church, just 7.2 miles.
The Emerald Acres House is located in the country, yet you’ll find restaurants, grocery stores and shops less than 10 minutes drive from the house.

Yes! We provide all linens, towels, and paper goods you’ll need.
Please keep in mind that this is a small, manufactured home with just 2 bedrooms and one sleeper sofa in the living room. Two couples will be very comfortable, six people will be really cozy, more than six and someone will be sleeping on the floor 🙂

Yes, a $100 refundable security deposit is required to book your stay with us. We ask for a deposit for two reasons. First, it lets us know a potential guest is serious about reserving the house. Second, it allows for compensation of beyond-normal wear and tear of the house. Here is some additional info:
Refunding the Security Deposit: Once you check out and we’ve determined everything is in order with the house, we’ll refund your deposit within five days.
Cancellation Policy on Security Deposit: 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date, 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date
